We are delighted to announce that Karen Sutton has joined the Board of Augment Resources. A graduate of ANU and London Business School, Karen brings a wealth of experience including being Chief Procurement Officer at CBA, Head of Procurement at Suncorp, and Head of Global Corporate Services – APAC at Citi.
Karen is a thought leader in all aspects of business services, including operating model development, people and capability development, category development and expertise, governance model development, policy and process review, cost management, technology assessment and third-party risk management. In addition to business services, Karen has significant senior leadership experience across strategy, mergers and acquisitions, information technology and integration across the public and private sectors.
Karen’s appointment serves to evolve the governance structure of the Board by broadening its range of experiences, skills and diversity. Karen will support Augment’s current growth trajectory and longer-term growth strategy.
