Barbara is an emerging asset of Augment Resources and is currently working as Commercial Manager. She became part of the team through Augment’s award winning graduate program honoured by CIPS in which she gathered 2 years of experience as Commercial Analyst at one of the leading financial institutions in Australia.

Barbara started her studies on Business Administration in Brazil, her home country. She started her career at the age of 17 when she worked within the Strategic Sector at one of the biggest healthcare players in the country followed by an Account Manager position within the American Chamber of Commerce for Brazil. Her overseas experience helped Barbara to create a strong knowledge base on stakeholder management and business operations. Having moved to Australia in 2017, Barbara finished her bachelor degree in General Business at Kaplan Business School in Sydney where she connected with Augment.

Building meaningful connections through professional experience and working collaboratively with stakeholders to maximize productivity and impact society positively is what motivates her. She is passionate about innovation, new technologies and is a very results driven person. Barbara is looking forward to the new opportunities as part of Augment Resources full time team.

At a personal level, Barbara enjoys a good glass of wine and the company of her loved friends.
