Kanika is Operations Director at Augment Resources and has over 22 years of experience in Recruitment, Sales, Large Account Management and HR.

Her career started in The Netherlands and she has now been in Australia over 6 years focusing on the Procurement market. Previously she has recruited Seniors in the IT and Consulting market especially within Financial and Professional Services.

With a master’s degree in Social Psychology she has always been very interested in understanding human behaviour, behavioural change and what makes people “tick”.

Kanika has always worked in high-performance teams and believes that building long lasting relationships, collaboration, transparency and developing people are the keys to success.
