After originally commencing his recruitment career in the UK, Matthew relocated to New Zealand in 2008.

Since then, he’s worked with a wide variety of businesses, large and small, helping source niche skills from NZ and overseas in both agency and in-house talent acquisition teams.

He has hands-on experience on both buyer and vendor side of procurement processes and a history of delivering recruitment solutions that combine consulting, permanent and contract resourcing and technology.

In addition to working with clients across the enterprise sector, 15 years in Wellington has given him a strong understanding of the operations of the AoG contract framework and the wider machinery of Government.
